Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Whelan Digital Pte. Ltd.
Whelan Digital Pte. Ltd. provides marketing services including local postcard marketing, direct mail advertising, email marketing, newsletter support, copywriting, campaign planning, and related marketing services.
Cancellations before work starts
Customers may cancel before any work has started for a full refund.
Work may include planning, copywriting, design, strategy, campaign setup, print coordination, advertising placement, distribution coordination, or other agreed marketing services.
Cancellations after work has started
If work has already started, a partial refund may be offered depending on the amount of work completed and any costs already incurred.
Completed work, planning time, strategy work, copywriting, design work, campaign setup, coordination, and other delivered services may be deducted from any refund.
Postcard marketing and direct mail campaigns
For postcard marketing, shared direct mail campaigns, solo postcard campaigns, and local advertising placements, refunds depend on the stage of the campaign.
- Customers can cancel for a full refund before work has started.
- If planning, copywriting, design, campaign coordination, or advertising placement work has started, a partial refund may be offered depending on the work completed.
- Once print production, advertising placement, or distribution has begun, payments are generally non-refundable unless Whelan Digital Pte. Ltd. is unable to provide the agreed service.
Email marketing and copywriting services
For email marketing, newsletter, and copywriting services, customers can cancel before work starts for a full refund.
If work has started, refunds are assessed based on the work completed, deliverables provided, and time spent on the project.
Completed copywriting, campaign strategy, email drafts, newsletter drafts, planning documents, and other delivered work are generally non-refundable.
